A wonderful heart warming true story about one of lifes lessons for children to learn early on. Lucky Boy is a delightful story for ages 5-9 having great illustrations that would be appropriate even for an entire classroom reading.
This book was a fun read that will make a good bedtime story for many children... this brightly illustrated book (about a lost pet, something I think many kids could relate to) will keep them entertained all the way through the surprise ending...

We bought this book for a little boy we know, and everyone loved it. The story is about a lost bird who finds his way home, a universally relatable story. The illustrations are gorgeous and colorful (it helps that when I was young, my family had a parakeet who looked just like Lucky!). I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a new, happy story about a lost pet who comes home.
